We care about our planet. For this reason, we aim to be operating sustainably and ethically at every level.

Working Ethos

At The Tree Shack we strive to create frames which are of the highest quality and finish. Each frame is crafted and finished by hand, making every frame unique and of the highest of quality. All packaging is recyclable with efficient use of packaging material that doesn't compromise the frame safety during transit.

Sustainability is the heart of the company. Every piece of material has to pass a sustainability checklist, from the reclaimed timber down to the packaging tape, everything is checked to make sure that there is no waste.

Materials

We are surrounded by timber that has been used once and then thrown away or burned, but we can do better than waste precious material. That is why I am focused on creating a business which has a core belief of finding a purpose for reclaimed timber.

Most of the timber I use has come from a local salvage yard. The timber can be up to 100 years old and still be very strong and oozing with character and texture.
